Let’s cook Stewed beef chops
Beef pulp – 300 g
Onions – 1 pc.
Carrots – 1 pc.
Water – 200 ml
Bay leaf – 1 pc.
Oil – 30 ml
Salt, hot pepper – to taste
Beat the meat pieces, rub on both sides with salt and hot ground pepper.
After a minute, fry the beef in a pan in oil, turn over, remove for a while.
Without cooling, in the remains of oil for 3-4 minutes, saute onions and carrots, shake in any convenient way.
Return the beef to the vegetables, fill with water or broth, throw a bay leaf, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer under the lid for the next 50-60 minutes.
Thoroughly steamed stewed beef chops are served hot, with greens.
