Zucchini Rolls

We suggest making zucchini rolls.

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast (fillet)
  • 2 young zucchinis
  • 50 g of hard cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Ready-made paprika sauce
  • A few basil leaves
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Wash and slice the zucchinis lengthwise into strips, about 0.5 cm thick. Lay them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, brush lightly with olive oil, and season with salt. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 6-8 minutes until the zucchinis soften and become easier to roll.
  2. Slice the chicken breast into thin, lengthwise strips, lightly pound, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add minced garlic to the chicken and let it marinate for a short while.
  4. Place the chicken strips on the zucchini slices, sprinkle with grated cheese, basil, and a little paprika sauce. Roll up the zucchini slices and secure them with toothpicks. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.

Zucchini rolls are ready. Enjoy!
