We suggest making zucchini rolls.
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast (fillet)
- 2 young zucchinis
- 50 g of hard cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Ready-made paprika sauce
- A few basil leaves
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Preparation:
- Wash and slice the zucchinis lengthwise into strips, about 0.5 cm thick. Lay them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, brush lightly with olive oil, and season with salt. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 6-8 minutes until the zucchinis soften and become easier to roll.
- Slice the chicken breast into thin, lengthwise strips, lightly pound, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add minced garlic to the chicken and let it marinate for a short while.
- Place the chicken strips on the zucchini slices, sprinkle with grated cheese, basil, and a little paprika sauce. Roll up the zucchini slices and secure them with toothpicks. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Zucchini rolls are ready. Enjoy!
