We offer you a recipe for Wiener Schnitzel. Wiener Schnitzel is a dish of Austrian cuisine and is always made from veal.
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces (150 g each) of veal
- 75 g of flour
- 75 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of heavy cream
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100 g of butter
- 1 lemon
Preparation:
- Salt and pepper the meat on both sides. Then beat it thinly. For best results, beat the meat evenly to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
- To bread the schnitzel, place 3 shallow containers: pour the flour into the first plate, beat the egg with heavy cream and place in the second plate, and pour the breadcrumbs into the third plate.
- Add butter to a large skillet and melt it over medium heat.
- Roll the meat first in the flour until the surface is completely dry. Dip in the egg to coat, let the excess drain. Roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Immediately place the meat in a pan with hot oil. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until both sides are golden brown. Remove from the pan, let the oil drain.
Wiener Schnitzel is ready. Serve with lemon slices. Enjoy your meal!
