Valeria Salad with Crab Sticks and Korean-Style Carrots

We invite you to try Valeria Salad with crab sticks and Korean-style carrots.

Ingredients:

  • Crab sticks – 180 g
  • Korean-style carrots – 250 g
  • Processed cheese – 1 piece
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Dried garlic – 2 pinches (optional)
  • Salt, pepper – to taste
  • Mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp
  • Fresh dill – 5-6 sprigs

Preparation:

  1. Prepare all the ingredients. Place the pre-made Korean-style carrots in a bowl. If they contain excess oil, drain it beforehand.
  2. If the crab sticks were frozen, take them out in advance to thaw. Then, remove the protective film and cut them into small pieces. Add them to the carrots.
  3. Boil the chicken eggs in salted water for 8-10 minutes, then cool them under cold water. Peel and grate them on a fine grater (or chop into cubes, depending on your preference).
  4. Grate the processed cheese on a fine grater. Press two small garlic cloves through a garlic press and add them to the salad.
  5. Wash and dry the fresh dill, then finely chop it and add it to the salad.
  6. Dress the salad with mayonnaise, add a pinch of salt and ground pepper, and optionally, a couple of pinches of dried garlic. Mix well and adjust the seasoning to your taste.

Serve on a plate, and that’s it! Valeria Salad with Crab Sticks and Korean-Style Carrots is ready to be enjoyed. Bon appétit!
