Turkey Roulades with Walnut Filling

Let’s prepare a delicious Turkey Roulades with Walnut Filling.

Ingredients:

  • 600g turkey breast fillet
  • 50g hazelnuts
  • 100g Parmesan cheese
  • 50g basil

Instructions:

  1. Roast the hazelnuts in a frying pan for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. The skin will come off easily.
  2. Place the nuts in a blender, add diced Parmesan cheese. Blend until you have fine crumbs. Add basil leaves and blend again until smooth.
  3. Slice the turkey breast fillet into 1-1.5 cm thick slices, cover with cling film, and beat to make the meat thinner and larger.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over the fillet. Carefully roll the meat into roulades and wrap tightly in foil.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 30-35 minutes.
