Let’s prepare a delicious Turkey Roulades with Walnut Filling.
Ingredients:
- 600g turkey breast fillet
- 50g hazelnuts
- 100g Parmesan cheese
- 50g basil
Instructions:
- Roast the hazelnuts in a frying pan for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. The skin will come off easily.
- Place the nuts in a blender, add diced Parmesan cheese. Blend until you have fine crumbs. Add basil leaves and blend again until smooth.
- Slice the turkey breast fillet into 1-1.5 cm thick slices, cover with cling film, and beat to make the meat thinner and larger.
- Spread the filling evenly over the fillet. Carefully roll the meat into roulades and wrap tightly in foil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 30-35 minutes.
