Ingredients:
- 600g boneless, skinless turkey breast
- 400g mushrooms
- 200g hard cheese, grated
- 100g butter
- 20g parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon juice
- Sun-dried tomatoes with chili
Instructions:
- Season the turkey: Season the turkey fillet with salt, pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, and lemon juice.
- Sauté the mushrooms: Slice the mushrooms and sauté in butter until golden brown and the liquid has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
- Roast the turkey: Place the turkey in a baking dish and dot with butter. Roast in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for 20 minutes.
