Ingredients:

- 300 ml milk
- 1 egg

- 200 g breadcrumbs
For the filling:
- 300 g ricotta cheese
- 150 g powdered sugar
- Peanut butter (to taste)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and dry yeast. Add the egg and softened butter, then pour in the milk.
- Knead the mixture until it forms a smooth, soft dough. Shape into a ball, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for at least 2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
- Prepare the Filling:
- Place the ricotta cheese in a strainer and allow it to drain thoroughly.
- Using a spatula, mix the ricotta with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Shape the Iris:
- Divide the risen dough into 12 portions. Flatten each piece and place a spoonful of the ricotta filling in the center. Add a touch of peanut butter if desired.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and seal tightly to form a ball.
- Coat the Dough:
