Ingredients:
- 3 tomatoes
- 150 g cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Greens to taste
Preparation:
- Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, peel, and slice into medium-thick rounds.
- Prepare the batter: Grate the cheese and mix with eggs, flour, and sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
- Heat a frying pan with oil.
- Dip the tomato slices into the batter and place them in the pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
- Sprinkle the ready tomatoes with greens and serve hot.
