Tomatoes in Cheese Batter

Ingredients:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 150 g cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Greens to taste

Preparation:

  1. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, peel, and slice into medium-thick rounds.
  2. Prepare the batter: Grate the cheese and mix with eggs, flour, and sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
  3. Heat a frying pan with oil.
  4. Dip the tomato slices into the batter and place them in the pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle the ready tomatoes with greens and serve hot.
