We suggest preparing the dish Stuffed Potatoes.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 1 kg
- Ground meat – 300 g
- Onions – 2 medium
- Carrots – 100 g
- Tomato paste – 1 tablespoon
- Oil
Preparation:
- Select potatoes of the same size. Hollow out the center (this can be done using a knife and a teaspoon). Slice off a bit of the bottom of the potatoes to make them more stable in the pan (or sauté pan).
- Prepare the potatoes by removing the centers.
- The key to delicious stuffed potatoes is the taste of the filling. So, for the filling, mix in salt, pepper, garlic, and onion (either finely chopped or minced), then stuff the potatoes with the mixture.
- Grind the meat into a filling. Tightly arrange the stuffed potatoes in a pan. Pour in salted water halfway up the potatoes and cook until they are partially done.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Sauté the onions and carrots in oil, then add the tomato paste, a bit of water, and salt.
- Once the stuffed potatoes are partially cooked, add the sauce and simmer until fully done.
The stuffed potatoes are ready. Serve with the sauce and garnish with greens. Enjoy!
