Squid salad with mushrooms and cheese

Ingredients:

  • Squid – 400 g
  • Marinated mushrooms – 200 g
  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Pepper to taste
  • Homemade mayonnaise

Preparation:

  1. Pour boiling water over the squid, clean off the skin and remove the transparent, firm plates. Then, place the squid in boiling water for a minute, allow it to cool, and slice into strips.
