Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tbsp of sugar
- 50 g of butter
- 4 tbsp of thick sour cream
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 2 tbsp of flour

- Cinnamon for sprinkling
Preparation:
- Mix flour with baking soda and salt.
- Beat an egg into the sour cream, add sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
