We invite you to try our Solero dessert recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 large can of diced peaches, drained
- 500g vanilla yogurt
- 400ml whipping cream
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 packages of thickener
- 3 cups of passion fruit juice (approximately 600-700ml)
- 3 packages of vanilla pudding powder
Instructions:
- Line a flat dish with diced peaches. Spread vanilla yogurt on top. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and thickener, and pour it over the yogurt.
- Mix passion fruit juice with vanilla pudding powder and spread it over the whipped cream. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
