Solero Dessert

We invite you to try our Solero dessert recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large can of diced peaches, drained
  • 500g vanilla yogurt
  • 400ml whipping cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 packages of thickener
  • 3 cups of passion fruit juice (approximately 600-700ml)
  • 3 packages of vanilla pudding powder

Instructions:

  1. Line a flat dish with diced peaches. Spread vanilla yogurt on top. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and thickener, and pour it over the yogurt.
  2. Mix passion fruit juice with vanilla pudding powder and spread it over the whipped cream. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
