We suggest preparing a Smoked Chicken Salad.
Ingredients:
- 200 g smoked chicken (breast);
- 150 g pickled mushrooms (forest mushrooms can also be used);
- 1 onion;
- 2 boiled potatoes;
- 3 boiled eggs;
- 2 pickled cucumbers;
- Salt and pepper to taste;
- Mayonnaise;
- Oil for frying.
Preparation:
- Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Chop the eggs into small cubes. Cut or shred the chicken into small pieces.
- Dice the onion and fry in oil until golden brown. Add finely chopped mushrooms. Fry, stirring occasionally, for a couple of minutes.
- Cut the cucumbers into small cubes. In a bowl, combine the cucumbers, potatoes, eggs, smoked chicken, and the cooled mushrooms with onions. Season the salad with salt and pepper, then dress with mayonnaise. Mix everything and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with herbs and refrigerate until ready to serve.
