Smoked Chicken Salad

We suggest preparing a Smoked Chicken Salad.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g smoked chicken (breast);
  • 150 g pickled mushrooms (forest mushrooms can also be used);
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 boiled potatoes;
  • 3 boiled eggs;
  • 2 pickled cucumbers;
  • Salt and pepper to taste;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Oil for frying.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Chop the eggs into small cubes. Cut or shred the chicken into small pieces.
  2. Dice the onion and fry in oil until golden brown. Add finely chopped mushrooms. Fry, stirring occasionally, for a couple of minutes.
  3. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes. In a bowl, combine the cucumbers, potatoes, eggs, smoked chicken, and the cooled mushrooms with onions. Season the salad with salt and pepper, then dress with mayonnaise. Mix everything and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with herbs and refrigerate until ready to serve.
