Simple breaded chicken schnitzels

We suggest preparing simple breaded chicken schnitzels.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs – 2-3 pcs.
  • Chicken breast – 1 pc.
  • Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
  • Oil
  • Salt

Preparation:

Slice the chicken breast into schnitzels. Pound them to flatten. In a small bowl, crack the eggs, whisk them, and add salt. Heat a pan with a small amount of oil. Dip the schnitzels in breadcrumbs, then in the egg mixture. Fry for about two minutes on each side.

Tip: As a side dish, you can prepare mashed potatoes or vegetable stew. In the winter, serve the dish with pickled or marinated cucumbers.
