Semolina Muffins with Kefir

We suggest to prepare Semolina Muffins with Kefir.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Pour kefir over semolina and let it sit for 40 minutes.
  2. Beat the egg, stir in the baking soda quenched with vinegar, sugar, and flour. Blend the mixture, pour it into the molds, filling them 2/3 full.
  3. Bake the muffins for about 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (390 degrees Fahrenheit).

Semolina muffins with kefir are ready! Enjoy!


Notes:

  • Measurements: 1 cup is approximately 240 ml.
  • Kefir: If kefir is not available, you can substitute it with buttermilk or yogurt.
  • Baking soda: Make sure to quench the baking soda with vinegar to activate it.
