We suggest to prepare Semolina Muffins with Kefir.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup kefir
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Vinegar
Instructions:
- Pour kefir over semolina and let it sit for 40 minutes.
- Beat the egg, stir in the baking soda quenched with vinegar, sugar, and flour. Blend the mixture, pour it into the molds, filling them 2/3 full.
- Bake the muffins for about 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (390 degrees Fahrenheit).
Semolina muffins with kefir are ready! Enjoy!
Notes:
- Measurements: 1 cup is approximately 240 ml.
- Kefir: If kefir is not available, you can substitute it with buttermilk or yogurt.
- Baking soda: Make sure to quench the baking soda with vinegar to activate it.
