We suggest making Mexican Salsa Sauce.
Ingredients:
- Roasted peppers – 250 g
- Medium-sized red onion – 1 pc.
- Green onion stalks – 4 pcs.
- Cilantro – 40 g
- Honey – ½ tsp
- Lime – 1 pc.
Preparation:
- Finely chop the roasted peppers and combine them in a bowl with the chopped red onion, finely chopped green onion stalks, and cilantro leaves.
- Add half a teaspoon of honey and the juice of one lime. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper.
- It’s best to refrigerate the salsa for an hour before serving.
