Ingredients:
Base:
- 160 g buttery biscuits
- 80 g melted butter
First Layer:
- 300 g cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 packet blueberry jelly
- 200 ml boiling water
Second Layer:
- 300 g cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 packet peach jelly
- 200 ml boiling water
Third Layer:
- 300 g cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 packet milk jelly
- 200 ml boiling water
Strawberry Jelly Topping:
- 1 packet strawberry jelly
- 400 ml boiling water
Instructions:
- Start by combining the biscuits and melted butter. A blender will come in handy for this step. Transfer the mixture into a cake pan and chill.
- To prepare the first layer, mix the cottage cheese with powdered sugar. Finally, add the cooled and slightly set blueberry jelly. Stir thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and place it in the refrigerator. Once the layer has set, prepare the second layer with peach jelly, following the same steps as for the first layer.
- Repeat the process for the third layer, then refrigerate until fully set.
- Pour the strawberry jelly on top and refrigerate one last time.
