Quick Liver Pâté

We offer to prepare Quick Liver Pâté

Ingredients:

  • Beef liver – 1 kg
  • Butter – 180 g
  • Eggs – 4 pcs
  • Onion – 2 pcs

Instructions:

  1. Cut the liver into pieces and fry in a pan. Chop the onion and add it to the liver, season with salt and spices, and simmer. Boil the eggs and peel them. Bring the butter to room temperature.
  2. Using a blender or meat grinder, grind all the ingredients and mix well. The quick liver pâté can be spread on bread or served as a cold appetizer.
