We offer to prepare Quick Liver Pâté
Ingredients:
- Beef liver – 1 kg
- Butter – 180 g
- Eggs – 4 pcs
- Onion – 2 pcs
Instructions:
- Cut the liver into pieces and fry in a pan. Chop the onion and add it to the liver, season with salt and spices, and simmer. Boil the eggs and peel them. Bring the butter to room temperature.
- Using a blender or meat grinder, grind all the ingredients and mix well. The quick liver pâté can be spread on bread or served as a cold appetizer.
