We invite you to prepare potato and chicken soup with processed cheese.
Ingredients:
- Water – 2 liters
- Chicken fillet – 1 pc
- Potatoes – 5 pcs
- Carrot – 1 pc
- Processed cheese – 100 g
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp
- Bay leaf – 1 pc
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Salt – to taste
- Fresh herbs – to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Dice the carrot. Cut the chicken breast into medium-sized pieces and fry in oil for 7 minutes.
- Add the diced vegetables to boiling water and cook for 20 minutes, then add the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Season the soup with pepper, bay leaf, and salt, stirring well.
- At the end of cooking, add the chilled processed cheese, cut into cubes, and stir until fully dissolved.
- Add finely chopped fresh herbs to the soup, simmer for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let it sit covered for a while before serving.
