We suggest preparing the dish Pork with Mozzarella Cheese. Pork loin with Mozzarella cheese, arugula leaves, and potato wedges.
Ingredients:
- 300 g pork
- 30 g bacon
- 45 g mozzarella cheese
- 20 g mayonnaise
- 80 g potato wedges
- 20 g arugula salad
- 320 ml sunflower oil
- 10 ml olive oil
- 5 ml balsamic vinegar
- 50 g tomatoes
- Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Rinse the pork, remove the membranes, rinse again, and pat dry. Cut the pork into 3 equal medallions. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and fry in oil in a pan on both sides. The pork must be well-cooked, so either cook it under a lid or finish it in the oven.
- Once the pork medallions are fried, cut each medallion in half crosswise to form thin round meat slices.
- Rinse and pat dry the bacon. Fry the bacon in a pan until it becomes golden and crispy.
- Rinse, dry, and slice the tomatoes into moderately thick slices.
- Thoroughly rinse and dry the arugula. Sort the arugula, separating the tough stems from the tender leaves.
- Now prepare in the oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Build 3 towers by layering as follows: place a round slice of pork, top it with a layer of mayonnaise, and then add the fried bacon. Top the bacon with another round slice of pork, then place a tomato slice on top. Finally, add some mozzarella cheese (to taste) on top of the tomato. To keep the tower from falling apart, you can secure it with a wooden skewer or toothpick. Bake in the oven until the mozzarella becomes golden and bubbly.
- Fry the potato wedges in oil until golden brown or fully cooked. Drain in a colander and let the oil drip off. Salt to taste. Place the pork towers on a wide round plate, add the potato wedges next to them, and arrange the arugula on the side of the plate. Drizzle the arugula with a bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Pork with Mozzarella Cheese is ready. Enjoy your meal!
