We suggest preparing Pork Rolls with Bacon, Leek and Bell Pepper, a delicious meat dish perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 6 slices of pork (similar to cutlets, about 100 g each)
- 6 lean slices of bacon
- 0.5 red bell pepper
- About 5 cm of leek
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Preparation:
- Prepare the pork. Pound the pork slices thinly. Season both sides with salt and pepper, and spread a thin layer of mustard on each slice.
- Assemble the rolls. Place chopped leek and a strip of bell pepper on each slice of bacon. Lay the bacon on the pork slices, then roll them up tightly and secure with toothpicks (if rolled tightly enough, toothpicks may not be necessary).
- Cook the rolls. Fry the rolls on all sides in a lightly oiled skillet until they turn golden brown. Transfer the rolls to a baking dish and pour in half a cup of water. Bake for about 40 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
- Serve. Serve the pork rolls with your choice of side dishes, such as potatoes and salads.
Pork Rolls with Bacon, Leek and Bell Pepper are ready. Enjoy your meal!
