We suggest preparing Pomegranate Juice. You can make juice without a juicer and without adding sugar or other additives! This juice is very tasty and rich in vitamins. For the ingredients, you only need 1 pomegranate, or if you are making juice for more people, take the number of fruits at the rate of 1 pomegranate per 1 person.

- 1 large pomegranate
Instructions:
Cleaning the Pomegranate:
- Place the pomegranate in a large bowl. Using a knife, cut off the top of the fruit’s skin, leaving the fruit whole.
- Cut the pomegranate into 3 parts, following the fruit’s delicate skin. Divide it into 3 parts with your hands. If any membranes are visible, remove and discard them.
- Soak the sliced fruit in very cold water.
- Begin to carefully disassemble the fruit, separating the seeds from the membranes.
- Use a sieve to collect all the inedible parts of the fruit, leaving only the juicy seeds in the bowl.
- Drain everything through a colander and make sure that there are no pieces of peel left after draining.
Juice:
- Add the peeled fruit to a blender.
- Blend a few times to make juice. Do not blend for too long, as you need to avoid crushing the seeds.
- Prepare a bowl with a sieve on top.
- Transfer the entire mixture to the sieve and thoroughly squeeze out the juice. Press with a spoon to squeeze out all the juice completely.
- Pour the juice into a jug or carafe and refrigerate if necessary.
- Serve in glasses with ice.
