Pollock in cream with vegetables

We suggest preparing Pollock in cream with vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • Cream – 100 ml
  • Carrot – 1 pc.
  • Pollock – 1 pc.
  • Onion – 1 head
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil
  • Butter
  • Flour

Preparation:

Cut the fish into equal pieces, add salt, and let it sit for a couple of hours. Mix the flour and breadcrumbs, and you can add your favorite spices. Coat the fish pieces from all sides and fry in well-heated oil. Grate the carrot coarsely, cut the onion into half rings, and fry them together with the fish, adding butter. Pour the mixture with cream. Simmer the Pollock in cream under a lid on low heat for a quarter of an hour.
