Pickled Chili Peppers

We offer you a recipe for Pickled Chili Peppers. This is a quick and easy recipe, as the peppers do not need to be cooked over heat.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g of green or red chili peppers
  • 150 ml (1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons) of warm water
  • 100 ml (1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon) of white vinegar or rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sea salt
  • 2.5 tablespoons of powdered sugar

Preparation:

  1. Thinly slice the chili peppers. If you do not want your chili peppers to be too spicy, you can rinse them in a colander with warm water to remove some of the seeds.
  2. Place the chili peppers in a small sterilized jar.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small container and pour into the jar with the chili peppers.
  4. Cover the jar and store in the refrigerator.

Pickled chili peppers are ready. Enjoy your meal!
