We suggest preparing Pangasius fillet on the pan.
Ingredients:
- Pangasius fillet – 4 pieces
- Spice mix – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – 1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper – 1 tablespoon
- Butter – 4 tablespoons
- Lemon juice – 50-100 milliliters
- Fresh parsley and cilantro – 0.5 bunch each
Preparation:
- To prepare pangasius on the pan, rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Rub the fish on all sides with salt, freshly ground black pepper, and the spice mix. Let it marinate for a few minutes.
- Heat the butter in a hot pan and wait for it to melt. Fry the pangasius fillets on both sides for two minutes, then place the fried fish on a serving plate.
- Reduce the heat to low, squeeze the juice of one lemon into the pan, and simmer it with the spices. Drizzle this mixture over the fish fillets and serve.
