Let’s cook pan fried pork neck chops

Ingredients:

Pork neck – 400 g
Salt – to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Red wine vinegar – 1 tsp.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the pork neck under running water, dry with paper towels. Peel, cut the pork across the fibers about 1 cm thick.
    Put each piece of neck in a tight food bag, beat well. The thinner the meat, the faster it will cook.
  2. Unlike other parts of the carcass, the neck is quite greasy, so it should be slightly sprinkled with red or white wine vinegar, then salt and pepper pork. Leave to marinate for 5 minutes.
  3. The neck is greasy, you do not need to grease the pan with oil, just spread the chops on hot grill pan and fry for 4 minutes on each side. At the same time you can cook a vegetable side dish.
  4. Serve the pork neck chop with your favorite side dish and fresh vegetable salad.
