Let’s make some delicious oven-baked chicken skewers!
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic
- Chili pepper
- Salt
Instructions:
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Cut the chicken into long strips and thread onto the skewers.
- Make the marinade by combining sugar, coriander, oil, soy sauce, salt, chili pepper, and minced garlic.
- Place the skewers in the marinade, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the marinated skewers in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown, turning once halfway through.
