We suggest preparing Odjakhuri with pork in Georgian style.
“Odjakhuri” translates from Georgian as “family” – in other words, a dish meant for the whole family. It’s simple to make and turns out very delicious.

- Pork neck – 250 g
- Garlic – 90 g
- Oil – 90 g
- Potatoes – 50 g
- Onion – 3 g
- Tomatoes

Preparation:
- First, prepare all the ingredients. Peel the garlic, peel and cut the potatoes into large pieces. Chop the herbs and cut the pork into pieces.
- Pour oil into a hot pan, add the pork, and fry until a crust forms. Slice the onion into half-rings and add it to the pan with the pork.
- Fry the potatoes in a deep fryer, sprinkle them with salt, and add them to the pan with the meat and onions. Stir well.
- Slice the garlic into thin slices and chop into strips. Add the garlic to the meat and potatoes. Sprinkle with spices.
- Add some chopped herbs. Add the tomatoes, sliced into thin wedges, and stir.
- Carefully plate the Odjakhuri with pork in Georgian style. Sprinkle with herbs. Enjoy!
