We suggest to prepare Mushroom-shaped cookies.
Ingredients:
- 460g flour
- 200g butter
- 150g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 40g cornstarch
- 10g baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions:
- Let the butter soften at room temperature and then cream it with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add flour, cornstarch, and baking powder to the mixture.
- Knead the dough, cover it, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 46-48 balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Take a thick piece of cardboard and roll it into a tube. Dip one end of the tube in cocoa powder and press it deep into the center of each ball to form the stem of the mushroom.
- Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
- Let the mushroom-shaped cookies cool and serve.

- Cookie cutters: Instead of using a cardboard tube, you can use a small cookie cutter to create the mushroom shape.
