We suggest making mushroom pouches.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of ready-made puff pastry
- 5 medium-sized potatoes
- 2 onions
- 200 g dried mushrooms
- 100 g cheese
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2 eggs
- Pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Soak the mushrooms, boil them, and then squeeze out excess water.
- Peel the boiled potatoes (cooked in their skins) and cut them into cubes.
- Sauté the mushrooms with the onions.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Mix the potatoes, cheese, mushrooms, and pepper together.
- Cut the thawed puff pastry into rectangles.
- Lightly beat the eggs.
- Brush the inside of each rectangle with the beaten egg, place the filling in the center, and fold the dough into pouches.
- Place the pouches on a baking sheet, brush with egg, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
- Garnish the finished mushroom pouches with parsley. Enjoy!
