Mushroom Moussaka

Let’s prepare a Balkan dish – Mushroom Moussaka.

Ingredients:

  • 500g ground meat
  • 2 onions
  • 400g mushrooms
  • 1 egg
  • 500g potatoes
  • 100ml milk
  • 200g sour cream
  • Black pepper, salt
  • Oil

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop the onion and sauté in oil. Add the ground meat, salt, pepper, and fry for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Slice the mushrooms and beat the egg. Add them to the ground meat and lightly fry. Slice the potatoes. Grease a baking dish, place a layer of potatoes on the bottom, then the entire filling, and top with the remaining potatoes.
  3. Pour milk over the moussaka and place in a preheated 200°C oven. Bake for 40 minutes.
  4. The mushroom moussaka is ready. Spread sour cream on top and return to the oven for a few minutes until golden brown. Serve warm. Enjoy!
