Let’s prepare a Balkan dish – Mushroom Moussaka.
Ingredients:
- 500g ground meat
- 2 onions
- 400g mushrooms
- 1 egg
- 500g potatoes
- 100ml milk
- 200g sour cream
- Black pepper, salt
- Oil
Instructions:
- Finely chop the onion and sauté in oil. Add the ground meat, salt, pepper, and fry for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Slice the mushrooms and beat the egg. Add them to the ground meat and lightly fry. Slice the potatoes. Grease a baking dish, place a layer of potatoes on the bottom, then the entire filling, and top with the remaining potatoes.
- Pour milk over the moussaka and place in a preheated 200°C oven. Bake for 40 minutes.
- The mushroom moussaka is ready. Spread sour cream on top and return to the oven for a few minutes until golden brown. Serve warm. Enjoy!
