Muffins with Smoked Meat and Cheese

We invite you to try making Muffins with Smoked Meat and Cheese.

Ingredients:

  • Flour – 400 g
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Meat seasoning
  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Cold-smoked meat – 100 g
  • Pork loin – 100 g
  • Boiled-smoked sausage – 100 g
  • Pitted olives – 2 tbsp
  • Egg – 1
  • Kefir – 300 g
  • Oil – 60 ml

Preparation:

  1. Grate the cheese, slice the meat, sausage, and pork loin into thin strips, then add the seasoning, olives, and egg, and mix everything together.
  2. Add the kefir, oil, and baking powder. Gradually add the flour, stirring well after each addition.
  3. Spoon the mixture into greased muffin molds, filling each one about two-thirds full. Bake at 180–190°C (350–375°F) for approximately 30 minutes.
