We invite you to try making Muffins with Smoked Meat and Cheese.
Ingredients:
- Flour – 400 g
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Meat seasoning
- Hard cheese – 150 g
- Cold-smoked meat – 100 g
- Pork loin – 100 g
- Boiled-smoked sausage – 100 g
- Pitted olives – 2 tbsp
- Egg – 1
- Kefir – 300 g
- Oil – 60 ml
Preparation:
- Grate the cheese, slice the meat, sausage, and pork loin into thin strips, then add the seasoning, olives, and egg, and mix everything together.
- Add the kefir, oil, and baking powder. Gradually add the flour, stirring well after each addition.
- Spoon the mixture into greased muffin molds, filling each one about two-thirds full. Bake at 180–190°C (350–375°F) for approximately 30 minutes.
