- Avoid placing the microwave near heat-emitting appliances and equipment, such as radiators, ovens, or stovetops. If close proximity is unavoidable, consider installing proper thermal insulation.
- Do not cover the microwave’s ventilation openings, especially those on the top panel, as this could obstruct its proper operation. Avoid placing objects such as bread bins, vases, kettles, towels, or potted plants on top of the appliance.
- Avoid draping microwaves with covers or stacking towels on them.
