We suggest making meat zrazy with onions and egg.
Ingredients:
- Ground meat – 500 g
- Bread roll – 80 g
- Milk – 25 ml
- Chicken eggs – 2 pcs
- Oil – 30 ml
- Bread crumbs – 5 tbsp
- Onion – 2 pcs
- Salt – to taste
- Dried spices – to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare all ingredients. For the filling, pre-boil one chicken egg. Dice the onions into small cubes.
- Sauté the onions until golden brown. Peel the boiled egg and cut it into cubes. Add the sautéed onions to the egg and mix the filling.
- Soak the bread roll in milk for 5 minutes. Crack a raw egg into the ground meat. Add salt and mix until smooth. Add the softened bread and dry spices to taste. Mix the ground meat by hand until evenly combined.
- Spread the bread crumbs on a plate. Place 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture onto the crumbs, and add 1 teaspoon of filling to the center. Shape the zrazy by hand and coat them in the breadcrumbs. Fry the zrazy in a pan on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve meat zrazy with onions and egg hot. Enjoy your meal!
