Meat Zrazy with onions and egg

We suggest making meat zrazy with onions and egg.

Ingredients:

  • Ground meat – 500 g
  • Bread roll – 80 g
  • Milk – 25 ml
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs
  • Oil – 30 ml
  • Bread crumbs – 5 tbsp
  • Onion – 2 pcs
  • Salt – to taste
  • Dried spices – to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare all ingredients. For the filling, pre-boil one chicken egg. Dice the onions into small cubes.
  2. Sauté the onions until golden brown. Peel the boiled egg and cut it into cubes. Add the sautéed onions to the egg and mix the filling.
  3. Soak the bread roll in milk for 5 minutes. Crack a raw egg into the ground meat. Add salt and mix until smooth. Add the softened bread and dry spices to taste. Mix the ground meat by hand until evenly combined.
  4. Spread the bread crumbs on a plate. Place 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture onto the crumbs, and add 1 teaspoon of filling to the center. Shape the zrazy by hand and coat them in the breadcrumbs. Fry the zrazy in a pan on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Serve meat zrazy with onions and egg hot. Enjoy your meal!
