Ingredients:
- Black tea (2 tbsp of granulated Indian tea)
- Star anise (3 pieces)
- Cloves (8 pieces)
- Cinnamon (2 sticks)
- Cardamom (1 pod)
- Fresh ginger (1 tsp, finely chopped)
- Nutmeg (1 pinch, grated)
- Hot pepper (1 pinch, ground)
- Water (1 liter)
- Milk (1 cup)
Instructions:
- Bring a liter of water to a boil in a saucepan (preferably copper). Separately heat the milk, then pour it into the boiling water.
- Add each ingredient in turn, cover with a lid, and immediately turn off the heat.
- Let the drink steep for 10 minutes, then strain it into ceramic cups. Sweeten with honey when it cools to a warm temperature.
