Let’s prepare a delicious Marbled Chicken Roulade.
Ingredients:
- 700g chicken fillet
- 30g instant gelatin
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 0.5 tsp dried herbs (dill and parsley)
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, add finely chopped garlic, paprika, herbs, pepper, salt, and instant gelatin. Mix well.
- Place the mixture in a baking sleeve, tie it tightly, and put it in a baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for 50 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool. Refrigerate until the jelly is completely set (5-7 hours).
- Remove the cooled roulade from the mold and baking sleeve. Place it on a serving dish.
The marbled chicken roulade is ready. Slice it with a sharp knife and enjoy!
