Marbled Chicken Roulade

Let’s prepare a delicious Marbled Chicken Roulade.

Ingredients:

  • 700g chicken fillet
  • 30g instant gelatin
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.5 tsp dried herbs (dill and parsley)

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, add finely chopped garlic, paprika, herbs, pepper, salt, and instant gelatin. Mix well.
  2. Place the mixture in a baking sleeve, tie it tightly, and put it in a baking dish.
  3. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool. Refrigerate until the jelly is completely set (5-7 hours).
  5. Remove the cooled roulade from the mold and baking sleeve. Place it on a serving dish.

The marbled chicken roulade is ready. Slice it with a sharp knife and enjoy!
