Light Tuna Salad

Try preparing a Light Tuna Salad.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of canned tuna (180 g each), drained
  • 4-5 hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • 2 cans of corn (400 g each), drained
  • 6-7 gherkins, diced
  • 4-5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix the ingredients:
    In a large bowl, thoroughly combine all the ingredients, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Chill:
    Leave the salad in the refrigerator overnight, then serve it with croutons.
