Created by Jean-Francois Rheault, the master distiller and director of the Distillerie du Quai in Bécancour, Canada, Le Montembeault is a perfectly balanced and sophisticated cocktail. It artfully blends the crispness of high-quality vodka with the bright acidity of fresh lemon juice, the subtle sweetness of agave syrup, and the complex bitterness of Angostura bitters. It’s an elegant and refreshing drink that’s perfect for unwinding after a long day or for serving to guests at your next get-together.
