Larb Gai (Thai Cold Chicken Salad)

We offer a recipe for a dish from Thai cuisine – Larb Gai (Thai Cold Chicken Salad).

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts (250g each), grilled and cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons basil, roughly chopped
  • 4 tablespoons cilantro, washed and roughly chopped
  • 3 tablespoons coriander powder
  • 2 tablespoons toasted ground rice
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 4 tablespoons cold water

Preparation:

  1. In a stainless steel bowl, mix all the ingredients. Gently combine.
  2. Let the salad rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Serve the salad cold.
