We offer a recipe for a dish from Thai cuisine – Larb Gai (Thai Cold Chicken Salad).
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts (250g each), grilled and cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons basil, roughly chopped
- 4 tablespoons cilantro, washed and roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoons coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons toasted ground rice
- Juice of 2 limes
- 4 tablespoons cold water
Preparation:
- In a stainless steel bowl, mix all the ingredients. Gently combine.
- Let the salad rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve the salad cold.
