Let’s prepare a delicious Julienne in Bread Buns.
Ingredients:
- 300g mushrooms
- 200g onion
- 400g ground pork and beef
- 150ml 10% cream
- 3 slices of sandwich cheese
- 6 bread buns
Instructions:
- Remove the insides of the bread buns to create cups.
- Sauté the onion and mushrooms with the cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sauté the ground meat until cooked.
- Combine the sautéed meat and cream-mushroom mixture. Fill the bread buns with the mixture and place them in a baking dish. Top with slices of cheese.
- Place the buns in a preheated oven for 5-7 minutes. For a softer bottom, you can generously grease the baking dish with butter.
