Julienne in Bread Buns

Let’s prepare a delicious Julienne in Bread Buns.

Ingredients:

  • 300g mushrooms
  • 200g onion
  • 400g ground pork and beef
  • 150ml 10% cream
  • 3 slices of sandwich cheese
  • 6 bread buns

Instructions:

  1. Remove the insides of the bread buns to create cups.
  2. Sauté the onion and mushrooms with the cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Sauté the ground meat until cooked.
  4. Combine the sautéed meat and cream-mushroom mixture. Fill the bread buns with the mixture and place them in a baking dish. Top with slices of cheese.
  5. Place the buns in a preheated oven for 5-7 minutes. For a softer bottom, you can generously grease the baking dish with butter.
