We suggest preparing Jjayu – Korean-style fried pork.
Ingredients:
- Pork – 500 g
- Potato starch – 2 tablespoons
- Water – 4 tablespoons
- Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
- Spinach leaves (or any green salad)
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Oil for frying
Preparation:
- Dissolve the starch in cold water and add soy sauce to the mixture.
- Cut the pork into cubes, lightly salt and pepper it, then pour the starch and soy sauce mixture over the meat. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- After marinating, fry the pork in oil until fully cooked. Serve on spinach or salad leaves.
