Homemade Garlic Mayonnaise

We suggest making Homemade Garlic Mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before starting.
  2. Place the eggs in a bowl of warm water to speed up the process if needed.
  3. Blend the oil, egg yolks, and lemon juice with a hand blender. Important: work at the bottom of the blender bowl until most of the oil is incorporated into the mixture before lifting it higher.
  4. Once the mixture begins to resemble mayonnaise, add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Blend again until smooth.

Homemade Garlic Mayonnaise mayonnaise is ready! Enjoy!

Note: Consume within a few days and store in the refrigerator.
