Let’s prepare a delicious Homemade Chicken Sausages.
Ingredients:
- 500g ground chicken
- 200ml milk
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chicken seasoning
Instructions:
- Combine the ground chicken with milk and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes. Add all spices and mix well. If you have a pastry bag, use it. If not, fill a regular plastic bag and cut off a corner about 1.5-2 cm in diameter.
- Cut a piece of cling film, pipe the meat mixture onto it, and carefully roll it up. Tie the ends with a string and boil in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Then lightly fry them. You’ll get more than 10 small sausages from this amount of meat.
