We suggest preparing Homemade Banana-Strawberry Ice Cream.
Ingredients:
- 1 small ripe banana;
- 100 g of frozen strawberries (you can also use blueberries, cherries, or raspberries);
- 150 g of natural yogurt;
- 1 tablespoon of honey.
Preparation:
Peel and slice the banana, then place it in a blender along with the frozen berries. Blend until smooth.
Add the yogurt and honey. Blend well until you get a light, smooth consistency. Pour into molds, making about 6-7 small popsicles. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
