Halibut with parsley and lemon butter

We suggest preparing a dish of halibut with parsley and lemon butter.

Ingredients:

  • Halibut – 1 kg
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Flour – 60 g
  • Lemons – 1 (juice from half, the rest sliced into rings)
  • Parsley – 3 tablespoons (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Hot pepper

Preparation:

  1. Cut the fish fillets into 8 portions. In a plate, mix the flour with salt and a bit of pepper. Coat the fish fillets in the flour mixture.
  2. In a large pan, melt half of the butter and thoroughly fry the fish on both sides, then remove it from the pan.
  3. Clean the pan and melt the remaining butter in it. Once the butter turns golden, add the chopped parsley and lemon juice. Stir and pour this mixture over the cooked fish. Serve hot with lemon rings.
