We suggest making Greek Tzatziki Sauce with yogurt.
Ingredients:
- Natural yogurt – 300 ml
- Pickled gherkins – 3-5 pcs.
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Ground black pepper
- Parsley
- Dill
- Salt
Preparation:
- Dice the cucumbers into small cubes. Crush the garlic using a garlic press. Finely chop the herbs with a knife. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Leave the sauce to sit overnight in the refrigerator.

If you want to make the sauce thinner or thicker, you can adjust the amount of yogurt accordingly.
