Georgian Ojakhuri with pork

Ojakhuri translates from Georgian as “family” – in other words, a dish that is intended for the whole family. It is prepared quite simply and very tasty.

Ingredients:

pork neck – 250 g
garlic – 90 g
oil – 90 g
potatoes – 50 g
onion – 3 g
tomatoes
basil
dill
ground black pepper
salt

Preparation:

First of all, you need to prepare all the ingredients. Peel the garlic, peel and chop the potatoes. Chop the greens, cut the pork into pieces.
Pour oil on a hot frying pan, put pork, fry until crusty.
Cut the onion into half rings, put it in a pan with the pork.
Fry the potatoes in a deep fryer, sprinkle with salt, put it in a pan with the meat and onions, stir it.
Cut garlic into thin slices, chop into strips. Add garlic to meat and potatoes. Sprinkle with spices.
Put some chopped greens. Add tomatoes, cut into thin slices. Stir it.
Carefully put the ojakhuri on plates. Sprinkle with herbs.
