We suggest preparing the dish – Fish with Cheese in Sour Cream.
Ingredients:
- Fish – 2 kg
- Sour cream – 400 g
- Cheese – 150 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Onion – 3 heads
- Oil
- Mustard
- Spices
- Dill
- Flour
- Salt
Preparation:
- Prepare the fish, rinse, clean, and cut it into small pieces. For breading, mix salt, spices, and flour. Coat the fish and place it on a deep baking sheet. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in oil.
- Mix sour cream with eggs, mustard, chopped dill, and a bit of salt. Add the fried onions, mix well, and pour the mixture over the fish on the baking sheet. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and place it in an oven preheated to 200°C. The fish with cheese in sour cream will be ready when a delicious golden crust appears.
