We suggest preparing Fish in creamy Mediterranean sauce.
In Mediterranean cuisine, seafood and fish are the foundation and the “jewel” of most dishes. This region is known for creating the most delicious fish dishes, bringing them to perfection.
Ingredients:
- 400 ml – heavy cream
- 1.2 kg – fish (of your choice)
- 2-3 pcs – onions
- 30 ml – refined oil
- to taste – aromatic herbs
- sea salt
Preparation:
- Peel the onions and slice them into rings or half-rings.
- Heat the oil in a pan (ideally, use olive oil).
- Sauté the onions over medium heat until they become light golden in color.
- Add the cream to the onions, stir, and simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
- Rinse the fish and cut it into portion-sized pieces (you can use fish with bones or fillets).
- Transfer the fish pieces to a baking dish.
- Season to taste with sea salt and aromatic herbs.
- Place the dish in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
