We suggest preparing the dish Fish in a Potato Crust.
Ingredients:
- 4 tilapia fillets (or any other white fish like cod, haddock, etc.)
- 2 eggs
- 4 potatoes
- 2 tbsp flour + extra flour for coating
- Sunflower oil
- Salt
Preparation:
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. Squeeze out the excess moisture by hand. Add the eggs, flour, and salt, and mix well.
Coat the tilapia fillets in flour on both sides. Press the potato mixture onto both sides of the fish.
Carefully place the fish onto a preheated pan with sunflower oil. Fry over medium heat. Once the crust turns golden on one side, flip the fish over. Reduce the heat and continue frying until fully cooked.
